Dogs love socializing with people and animals they meet. Even if it’s their first meet-up, our canine pals happily interact with their new pals like they’ve known each other for centuries.
Thus, one Welsh Pembroke Corgi happily plays with its newest “friend” by the window. Yet, it seems the pup hasn’t figured out that the dog it’s seeing is actually its reflection.
Mom, look! I’ve got a new friend!
In this action-packed yet comical footage, an eight-week-old Welsh Pembroke Corgi named Georgie stands on a tiled floor. Right across Georgie, one can see a glass window.
Yet, despite the dim surroundings, an equally cute puppy peers through the window, staring straight at Georgie. With this, Georgie begins jumping in place as if he’s enticing the newcomer to play with him.
While the Corgi’s preoccupied with entertaining its visitor, Mom asks Georgie who the newcomer is. However, no matter how many times Mom repeats her question, Georgie carries on playing with his newest pal.
Umm, why does it follow my every move?
As the video progressed, Georgie proceeds with his energetic playing with the pup. On and on, the adorable Corgi jumps like a kangaroo to persuade the puppy to continue with their game.
Yet, Georgie feels something’s strange as the puppy in the window mirrors his every move. Thus, the baffled pup takes a split second to take things into perspective before resuming with his energetic jumping.
Seeing this, Mom can’t help but giggle in laughter at the funny scenario. It seems Georgie’s completely oblivious that the puppy he’s playing with is actually his reflection, explaining the reason behind the similarity in their movements.
